Many immigrants are forced to live in the shadows because they can't afford legal representation.

We Can Help

The North Carolina Immigration Law & Justice Center (NCILJC), part of the Immigration Law & Justice Network (ILJN), provides low-income immigrants, refugees and asylum-seekers with affordable, high-quality immigration legal services.

You may have known us a Fayetteville Justice for Our Neighbors, or JFON. We rebranded in March of 2023 along with the national network to better describe what we do.

We also provide information to help the public understand the complicated U.S. immigration system and educate policy makers on how immigration policy impacts all of us.

Currently there are no walk-in hours at our clinic. Please contact us to make an appointment

Volunteer with NCILJC

We need your help! As the network continues to grow, we have a bigger volunteer need. Our greatest need at the moment is for volunteers to help with fundraising and raising our profile in the community.
